Is there a monthly subscription?
No. Ubalist has no monthly subscription for the platform itself. You only pay a transaction fee on attributed paid conversions, plus any optional add-ons you choose to use.
When does Ubalist charge me?
Only on attributed paid conversions, plus any optional add-ons you use in a given month. If no sale happens, no fee is charged. Metered add-ons are billed monthly through our payment partner Freemius.
What is the UBALIST Special rate?
UBALIST Special is a built-in commission-rule template that splits a single conversion across a platform, a curator, and a partner. Because it creates multiple accruals per conversion, it carries a 6.0% rate instead of the standard 5.0%.
How do partner payouts work and what do they cost?
Payouts are settled through PayPal (2% + $0.25 per payout, capped at $20) or Stripe Connect (0.25% + $0.25 per payout, capped at $10), depending on the rail you select for your workspace. Cross-currency payouts add a 1.5% FX margin, recorded as a separate ledger adjustment.
What is free?
Every workspace gets the trust-and-safety surface at no cost: fraud detection, audit logs, DSAR and privacy controls, analytics dashboards, up to 5 products, unlimited tracking links, 500 outreach messages, 50 voice queries, 10 scheduled reports, and the free-tier of the public API.
Do I pay for fraud detection or privacy tools?
No. Fraud detection, audit logs, DSAR, and privacy controls are free on every account, always. Clean data protects your budget and your partners, so we don't gate it.
Can I list products for free?
Yes. Up to 5 products per workspace are free forever. Products 6 through 20 are $2 per product per month, product 21+ is $1 per product per month, or you can switch to Catalog+ at a flat $49 per month for unlimited products.
