Every part of a serious affiliate program, built and ready to run
Ubalist ships eight production-ready systems out of the box: catalog, commissions, partners, attribution, escrow, fraud, analytics, and ecosystem mapping. Take a closer look at each below.

Product Catalog & Offers
List offers partners actually want to promote
Build a clean catalog of your products and the commission offers attached to them. Every offer change is versioned, so partners always know the exact terms they signed up for.
Pay flat fees, percentages, recurring commissions, milestones, or content fees. The UBALIST Special split lets you share a single sale across a platform, a curator, and a partner automatically.
Keep every partner, their status, and their history in one registry. Run outreach sequences over email and SMS, and let partners apply to your offers through a public page.
Track every sale, not just the ones that survive ad blockers
Ubalist attributes conversions server-side, so tracking does not break when cookies are blocked. Every click and conversion is recorded with a full trail you and your partners can trust.
Fund campaigns and pay partners without the busywork
Hold campaign budgets in escrow and release them when content goes live or a sale lands. Payouts settle automatically through PayPal or Stripe Connect, with a ledger that always balances.
A rules engine screens clicks and conversions for bots, fake audiences, and suspicious patterns before they cost you money. Fraud protection is included on every account, always free.
Talk to your program and get answers. Ask which partners are performing, which products are converting, and where your money is going, without building a single report.
Every product carries a name, descriptions, price tiers, audience-fit hints, and promo assets, all in one place. Partners see what the offer is, what it pays, and what's provided, without you sending a briefing deck every time.
Offers are versioned. When you change commission terms, existing partners stay on the version they signed up for until the lock window ends. That means you can adjust rates for new partners without breaking trust with the ones already running your links.
Support for seven commission types: one-time, forever-recurring, capped recurring, hybrid, milestone, content fee, and the UBALIST Special three-way split. Configure once and the engine handles the math for every conversion, including caps, tiers, and splits.
Every commission carries a computation trace showing base amount, rate applied, caps hit, and splits performed. When a partner asks why they earned what they earned, the answer is one click deep. Finance can audit any commission end-to-end without opening a spreadsheet.
One home for every partner in your program. Pipeline status, contact history, tags, notes, payout details, KYC state, and the offers they're bound to. Search, filter, sort, and export it all through the same table surface you use for products.
Outreach runs as multi-step sequences over email and SMS, with delays and conditions between steps. Replies auto-pause the sequence, unsubscribes are honored globally, and bounces suppress future sends. You get pipeline conversion metrics without wiring a separate tool.
Every short-link click is recorded server-side with a hashed IP, geo, device, and a unique click ID. When a conversion posts back to us with the click ID or a matching customer reference, we tie it to the partner who drove it. No cookies means no attribution loss from ad blockers or browser privacy modes.
Attribution is deterministic and auditable. Every accrual shows the click it was matched to, the commission-rule version applied, and the exact math. Duplicate postbacks are idempotent. Renewals inherit attribution from the original conversion. Nothing gets counted twice, and nothing slips through.
Fund a campaign into escrow before it starts. Funds sit safely until content goes live, a sale lands, or a manager approves release. Partners see the money is real before they invest their audience's attention, which means you get better creative and faster launches.
Payouts settle automatically through PayPal or Stripe Connect, whichever rail you choose per workspace. The ledger is the source of truth: every deposit, release, payout, clawback, and fee is a discrete entry. Balances always reconcile to the cent, and Finance can trace any payout back to the click that earned it.
A rules engine screens every click and every conversion before it costs you money. Six default rules ship with every workspace: bot user agents, datacenter IP ranges, self-referrals, click-velocity spikes, conversion-velocity anomalies, and disposable email domains. Custom rules extend the set.
Suspicious activity is blocked, flagged, or quarantined depending on the rule. Quarantined conversions wait in a review queue for manual approval, so borderline traffic doesn't leak commission. Audience verification adds a per-partner authenticity score that decays over time, so stale accounts don't stay trusted forever.
Talk to your program and get answers. Ask which partners drove the most GMV last week, which products are converting above average, or how much you owe in the next payout batch. The assistant reads your data with your permissions and answers with a number plus a chart, right in the app.
Voice input is captured through your browser's microphone and streamed to the assistant. Responses come back in under three seconds on average. Every tool call the assistant makes is permission-checked at the tool boundary, so the model is never the security layer. Partners get a scoped assistant that only sees their own earnings.
A visual graph of your whole program. Products, partners, campaigns, and the relationships between them, laid out on a force-directed canvas. Zoom into any node to see its history and stats, drag nodes around to arrange the view, and save the layout for your team.
Relationships are directional except for bundles, which auto-mirror. Prerequisite chains can't cycle, so the engine catches broken dependency graphs before they ship. Use the map to spot your strongest partners, find products without active promoters, or plan the next batch of campaigns around a specific audience segment.
